Overview

National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme reimburses 25% stipend to establishments engaging apprentices. By 2026, 38 lakh apprentices trained across 26,000 establishments in 260 sectors. Who is Eligible?

  • ITI passed/fresh graduates 14+ years
  • Minimum 5% apprentices of semi-skilled
  • 14 trades compulsory 26 optional
  • No minimum education for some trades
  • Contract period 6 months-3 years
